Refund Policy

Our Refund Position

Altus Corporation operates a strict no-refund policy for Productivity Shastra. By completing payment and submitting the registration form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this policy.

This policy applies regardless of:

• Whether you attended any, some, or all sessions
• Whether you chose online or in-person participation
• Personal, professional, or health-related reasons for non-attendance
• Changes to your business circumstances after registration
• Dissatisfaction with any aspect of the programme content or delivery

Why We Have a No-Refund Policy

Productivity Shastra is a group learning programme with a fixed cohort size. When you register, your seat is reserved and other interested participants may be turned away. Significant preparation goes into each cohort — materials, sessions, facilitator time, and infrastructure — well before the programme begins.

We encourage all prospective participants to attend our free orientation/discovery events before registering, to ensure Productivity Shastra is the right fit for their goals and schedule.

What Is and Is Not Covered

Not eligible for refund (all of the following):

• Registrations cancelled after payment — regardless of timing
• Non-attendance at sessions, for any reason
• Partial attendance or early withdrawal from the programme
• Dissatisfaction with content, facilitator, or programme structure
• Technical issues on the participant's end (internet connectivity, device problems)
• Failure to receive session links due to incorrect contact details provided at registration

Transfer of registration: In exceptional circumstances, and at our sole discretion, we may allow a registered participant to transfer their seat to another individual for the same programme cohort. This is not guaranteed and must be requested at least 5 business days before the first session. Contact us to request a transfer.

Programme-Specific Refund & Repeat Terms

• Productivity Shastra (PS): No refund. Participants may repeat the programme at no additional cost, provided they continue without a break and subject to seat availability.
• Productivity Shastra Orientation (PSO): This orientation is Live. Participants who are unable to attend may join a future orientation.
• Business Scaleup Shastra (BSS): No refund. Participants may repeat the programme without a break, subject to availability and our discretion.

Refunds for Consulting, Training, Workshops & Digital Products

• Consulting & coaching: Fees are non-refundable. Milestone-based payments, once due or paid, are non-refundable.
• Corporate training: Booked against 100% advance or an agreed schedule; travel and accommodation borne by the client are non-refundable. Rescheduling is case-to-case; cancellation follows the engagement terms.
• Workshops & events: Non-refundable. Participant substitution is not permitted unless approved by us in writing.
• Digital products & online courses: Non-refundable and non-transferable once access is granted.

Payment Gateway Charges

Payment gateway / processing charges are non-refundable. Where a refund is exceptionally applicable (for example, Programme Cancellation by Us), it will be processed net of any payment gateway charges already incurred.

Duplicate Payment Refunds

If you have been charged twice for the same registration due to a payment gateway error or technical failure, please contact us immediately at manan@unleashed.in with your transaction reference numbers. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded within 10 business days to the original payment source.

Please do not attempt a second payment before confirming with us that your first transaction failed.

Programme Cancellation by Us

In the unlikely event that Altus Corporation cancels an entire programme cohort (not individual sessions), registered participants will be offered one of the following at our discretion:

• A transfer of their registration to the next available cohort at no additional cost, or
• A full refund of the programme fee paid (excluding payment gateway charges), processed within 15 business days

Rescheduling of individual sessions, changes to session format (online vs in-person), or changes in facilitator do not constitute programme cancellation and do not entitle participants to a refund.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By registering and completing payment, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer except in cases of verified fraudulent transactions. If you have a concern with your payment or programme experience, please contact us first — we are committed to resolving genuine issues.

Frivolous chargebacks may result in recovery of the programme fee plus any associated bank or gateway charges, and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

EMI Arrangements

If you have opted for an EMI or deferred payment plan through Our Payment Third Parties, the no-refund policy applies equally. You remain obligated to complete all EMI instalments as per your agreement with the third Party, regardless of programme attendance or withdrawal. Any changes to your payment arrangement must be resolved directly with Jodo as per their terms.

GST on Refunds

In the limited circumstances where a refund is applicable (Programme Cancellation by Us), the refund will be of the programme fee net of GST, unless a valid credit note can be issued under the GST laws of India. GST amounts already deposited with the government cannot be refunded directly to participants without following the applicable credit note and adjustment procedure under the CGST Act, 2017.
