These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Productivity Shastra website and your participation in our free workshop and paid coaching programs, operated by Altus Corp, Mumbai, India, under the guidance of CA Manan Vasa. By registering or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Workshop & Programs

We offer a free 3.5-hour live workshop for business owners and professionals. We also offer paid coaching programs that you may choose to enrol in after the workshop. Participation in the workshop carries no obligation to purchase anything.

2. Registration & Eligibility

To register, you must provide accurate information (name, phone/WhatsApp number, and business details) and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your details current.

3. No Income or Results Guarantee

We do not promise or guarantee any specific income, revenue, or business outcome. Any case studies, testimonials, or results shared are real examples from past participants and are not a promise of your results. Outcomes depend on your own effort, implementation, market conditions, and many factors outside our control.

4. Communication Consent

By registering, you agree to receive communication from us via WhatsApp, SMS, email, and phone regarding the workshop and our programs. You may opt out at any time.

5. Payments

Fees for paid programs are displayed before purchase and are payable in full unless stated otherwise. Taxes (such as GST) apply as per applicable law. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, tools, materials, and branding (including "Productivity Shastra" and the Make It Happen Framework©) are the intellectual property of Altus Corp / CA Manan Vasa. You may not copy, record, redistribute, or resell any program material without our written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our website or services, attempt unauthorised access, or use our content for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website, workshop, or programs. Our services and content are provided on an "as is" basis.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
